A Maintenance Technician can earn up to $80,000 in Vancouver.

While higher interest rates have made it more challenging and puts pressure on the property and facilities management markets, high-skilled tradespeople in both commercial and residential operations are very much in demand. Aditionally, Maintenance Technicians, Building Operators and Project Managers.
The continued view of finding good talent is a consistent struggle for all real estate clients moving into 2024 and across all property management level roles as they are becoming a rather scarce commodity.
Building Operators with a BES I & II would be a minimum, in addition to a CPM/RPA within Property Management and an FM designation for facilities.
