• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
• Manage and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers, Marketing Coordinator, and Guest Experience Specialists.
• Oversee the operations of multiple show homes in Calgary.
• Focus on creating and maintaining authentic relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Set and achieve sales targets.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
• Report directly to the owner and provide regular updates on team performance and sales metrics.

• Proven experience in leading sales and marketing teams.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
