Your new role

• Overseeing and refining all financial operations, including the establishment of robust financial structures and processes.
• Implementing and managing treasury management systems, corporate reporting structures, and automation of accounts payable and receivable.
• Leading and mentoring the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
• Engaging in investor relations and financing initiatives to support the company’s growth and expansion.

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the real estate investment or asset management sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of financial systems and processes, with experience in Hopem being advantageous.
• Proven ability to establish and optimize financial structures and processes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to challenges and opportunities.
