Our client is a fast-growing SME with their main business being the trading, importing and exporting or raw metal materials. With over 20 years of experience in the field, and various facilities throughout the Americas, their business is growing into new markets and as such requiring new talent.


Your new role
The responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Administrative Support: Act as the primary support for the HR Manager, handling administrative tasks and ensuring efficient operation of the HR department.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and questions, providing a reliable point of contact for HR-related issues.
  • HR Strategy Implementation: Assist in the execution of strategic HR initiatives that align with organizational changes and objectives. Help create and refine HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Legal and Labor Law: Keep abreast of legal requirements, ensuring the organization’s HR practices comply with labor laws.
  • Branch Support: Provide HR support and guidance to US branches, ensuring consistency in HR practices across locations.
  • Organizational Structure: Evaluate and help implement organizational structures, contributing to the development of a positive work culture.
  • Recruitment Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job profiling to candidate selection and onboarding.
  • Payroll and Leave Management: Manage payroll processing, including tracking of vacation and sick leave in the HR system.


What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business-related field
  • 4-5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Bilingualism
  • Previous experience with USA employment regulations
  • Analytical with great attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
