Supply Chain Specialist Pharmaceutical
We are seeking a commercially oriented supply chain specialist to join our team, reporting to the SP manager. This role involves managing raw materials and packaging materials for specific projects. The ideal candidate would have experience of cannabis, dietary supplements, and quality management. You will lead SP principles and work closely with various teams, including the project manager, quality control, procurement (sourcing), and the warehouse.
Your Role:
In this role, team interaction involves working closely with the project manager, quality control, procurement (sourcing), and warehouse departments. Key performance indicators (KPIs) for this position include customer satisfaction, cost reduction, waste minimization, product efficiency, and ingredient efficiency. The work mode is on-site, and travel is required for supplier trade shows.

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage raw materials and packaging materials for specific projects.
- Lead SP principles and work closely with various teams.
- Coordinate with project, quality control, procurement, and warehouse teams.
Your Skills
- Undergraduate degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field, with CAPM or SCMP certification being a plus.
- 2–5 years of experience in supply chain coordination or a similar role, preferably in the dietary supplement, pharmaceutical, or cannabis industries.
- Advanced understanding of supply chain management principles.
- Experience coordinating with commercial and procurement project teams.
- Good understanding of GMP quality requirements and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, and supply chain management software.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
