Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent/Project Manager to oversee and manage interior renovations in offices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully managing TI projects involving electrical, mechanical, partitions, doors, mill work, flooring, glazing units, and painting.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of interior renovation projects.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
