Single Family Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Single Family Superintendent to join our team in SE Calgary, AB. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in Single Family Residential Homes/Town Homes and possess strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the construction of single-family residential homes and townhomes.
  • Conduct walk-throughs and quality control inspections.
  • Implement OH&S standards.
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure project timelines are met.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Single Family Residential Homes/Town Homes.
  • Tech-savvy individual.
  • Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Criminal background check required.
