Your new role

As a Service Transition Contractor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and controlled introduction of new or changed IT services into production. You will lead and coordinate service transition activities, develop and execute transition plans, and conduct go-live readiness assessments. Your efforts will ensure operational readiness, minimize risks, and enforce best practices for service transition.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in Service Transition, IT Service Management (ITSM), or Change & Release Management.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, particularly ITIL Service Transition, with at least 3 years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transitions in a fast-paced environment.
• 5+ years of IT service operations experience is an added advantage, providing valuable insight into the end-to-end service lifecycle.
