What you'll need to succeed

As a Senior Property Manager at Rural Stores Ltd., you will manage and operate a diverse portfolio of retail properties. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the properties are well-maintained, financially viable, and compliant with all regulations. You will oversee the operations, management, and administration of the portfolio, manage on-site teams, and manage annual operating and capital budgets to meet landlord objectives. This role is perfect for an experienced property management professional with a proven track record of delivering excellent service to tenants and landlords. Your duties will include supporting the company’s property management strategies, maintaining policies, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders, addressing tenant issues promptly, preparing and managing budgets, overseeing building operations and maintenance, and ensuring compliance with lease agreements.
