We are seeking a seasoned Senior Property Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Property Manager to oversee the operations of a portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in property management, including experience in financial management, tenant relations, and property maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Oversight:
- Develop and implement strategic property management plans.
- Monitor property performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple properties.
- Financial Management:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgets, income statements, and balance sheets.
- Monitor property expenses and revenue.
- Implement cost-saving measures and strategies to optimize property performance.
- Tenant Relations:
- Build strong relationships with tenants and address their concerns and needs.
- Enforce lease terms and resolve tenant disputes.
- Oversee tenant screening, lease renewals, and lease terminations.
- Property Maintenance:
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to schedule and oversee repairs and renovations.
- Monitor property conditions and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, hire, and train property management staff.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the property management team.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback and coaching.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in property management, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, Buildium).
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with commercial property management.
- Knowledge of real estate law and regulations.
- Certification in property management (CPM, RPM).
