Hays Recruitment has partnered with our client in Saskatoon, who are presently seeking a Senior Residential Property Manager to join their expending organization and help lead the team in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Your new role

As a residential property manager, responsible for all aspects of management of a portfolio of properties consisting of residential rental properties. Duties include overseeing the operation, physical condition, and financial performance of all buildings in accordance with applicable management contracts.

In addition, the Senior Residential Property Manager takes on a leadership role within the residential team. This is reflected both internally as a mentor and guide, driving innovation, collaboration, and a positive work environment, as well as externally as a market expert to clients.

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum 5 years property management experience with residential properties.

Licensed for Property Management by the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission.

Bachelor of Commerce, real estate designation, or equivalent post-secondary degree.

Excellent client and customer relations skills.

Supervisory or leadership experience.

Strong ability to prioritize and delegate tasks leading to team success.

Confidence to challenge status quo and drive change when needed. •

Creativity in problem solving and ability to think outside the box to come up with solutions
