We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who knows that building projects and building relationships go hand in hand. Working collaboratively as part of our award-winning team will provide you with the opportunity to build on your experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The position offers a very clear route to advancement in the future. The SPM will initially be site-based, leading an interesting project located in Richmond. The company does, however offer hybrid working flexibility as project requirements allow.

You should be a tenured project management expert who is capable of running a complex institutional project valued over $40m. You must be a driven, articulate individual capable of forging positive, lasting relationships both internally, and with external clients, consultants, and trade contractors. You must have strong technical knowledge of construction delivery methods and risk mitigation. We will also consider a capable Project Manager that has run sizable institutional projects who feels ready to step up into a Senior Project Manager position.

The compensation package will be suitably positioned to attract an industry top performer. This will include a very attractive base salary of $140-175K, vehicle allowance, RSP matching, hybrid working flexibility, generous vacation, and an appealing bonus plan.
