Job Opportunity: Senior Estimator

Location: Edmonton, Alberta

Salary Range: $145,000 - $160,000

Hays is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estimator to join a reputable and rapidly growing commercial General Contractor in Edmonton. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to advance their career within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the estimating process for various commercial construction projects.
  • Collaborate with a well-established and organized team of 10 estimators.
  • Provide accurate and detailed cost estimates to support project planning and execution.
  • Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates.
  • Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
Qualifications:
  • 10-20 years of experience in estimating within the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering accurate and timely estimates.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant estimating software and tools.
