Our client, a leading residential home builder, is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to join their team in Calgary. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process for both multifamily and single-family projects.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the construction of multifamily and single family projects from start to finish
- Manage and supervise construction teams, including site superintendents and subcontractors
- Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and timelines
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and city officials
- Manage project budgets and schedules, and ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time
- Ensure that all safety regulations are followed and that all work is completed to the highest quality standards
- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in residential construction, with a focus on multifamily and single-family projects
- Experience managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, techniques, and materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- A Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred
