They are looking for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their collaborative and growing team. Your new role

In your role, your duties and responsibilities will include: overseeing the technical drawing stage, providing contract administration and production drawings support in Revit, developing technical alternatives as needed. Ensure that drawings comply with all applicable codes, standards, and regulations. Interpreting Building Codes and AHJ comments and develop the appropriate response. Providing support for Contract Administration process, site review and documentation. Communicate directly with clients, contractors, product suppliers and others. Collaborate with other team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Keep up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the industry.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will have minimum of 8 years’ experience as an architectural technologist, ability to manage project through the full Lifecyle is considered a strong asset. Prior varied project experience is required - mountain, multifamily residential and/ or hospitality project experience is an asset. You will have an Architectural Technology Diploma or equivalent. You must have proficiency with the following platforms: Revit, Adobe & Sketch-Up. Sound knowledge of local building codes and bylaws is required.
