Senior Architectural Technologist/Architect - Toronto - In Office - $80k-$120k

Your new company
Our client’s is a notable global architectural firm based in Toronto. Their portfolio spans diverse market sectors, including commercial, cultural, hospitality, healthcare, transportation, retail, and large-scale mixed-use developments. They provide architectural, planning, interior, and urban design services to clients in both the private and public sectors. They are currently looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist/Architect with at least 7 years of experience to join their team based in downtown Toronto.


Your new role
Our client is seeking a full-time Senior Technologist/Architect to join their team to work on a varied pipeline of projects. Reporting directly into the Project Manager, you will work alongside a large team, assembling construction drawing sets from schematic design through to construction administration. You will prepare client presentation materials, design development documentation, construction documentation, contract administration, and authority submissions for diverse projects, all under the supervision of Project Leads.


What you'll need to succeed
As a Senior Technologist/Architect, you will need to have an educational background in architecture with 7+ years of relevant professional experience. Proficiency in Revit is a requirement. Prior experience producing contract documents in Revit, as well as experience with commercial, institutional and healthcare projects is preferred. This role is required to be in person 5 days per week in the downtown office.


What you'll get in return
The compensation package is commensurate with experience but includes a competitive salary, commensurate with experience between $80k-$120k + discretionary bonus, 3 weeks' of vacation, extended health and dental benefits, and assistance with association dues/tuition reimbursement.
