Your new role

As an SAP OTC Senior Manager/Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the Order to Cash processes. You will be responsible for leading integration work between SAP S/4 and Salesforce, ensuring seamless data exchange and resolving any integration issues. Your role will involve managing client relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and implementing best practices in sales order management.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in SAP OTC processes, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Integration Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce CRM integration, and proficiency in middleware tools (e.g., SAP PI/PO, MuleSoft).
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Client Management: Proven track record of managing client relationships effectively.
• Communication: Strong skills to articulate project goals, updates, and challenges to stakeholders.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams.
• Sales Order Processing: In-depth understanding of the sales order processing lifecycle within SAP.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the dental or medical equipment industry is a plus.
