Client: Manufacturing
Role: Salesforce Administrator
Duration: 12 Month (Fixed term - Salaried)
Location: Burlington (3 days on-site)

Our client, a recognized manufacturer is looking to hire a Salesforce Administrator on a 12-month fixed term salaried role to join their team in Burlington.

Your New Role
  • Be the First point of contact in case of divisional user’s questions/requests/issues.
  • Manage New/existing user’s setup, and access rights maintenance.
  • Support multiple stakeholders across the Group of companies and gather requirements.
  • Provide End user’s trainings.
  • Implement Salesforce in new businesses under the guidance of the Global Salesforce Team.
  • Translate business requirements into system solutions.
  • Design and configure new system feature under supervision of the Global Salesforce Team.
  • Facilitate the overall User experience and system adoption and communication.


What You’ll Need to Succeed:
  • Min. 5 years of experience with Salesforce on user or support level.
  • Sales Cloud experience required.
  • Background in manufacturing industry would be beneficial.
  • Must be able to capture and document requirements for system, functionalities/business processes.
  • Must be user oriented.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, influencing skills to drive user adoption and user experience forward.
  • Ability to think broadly with strong verbal and written English communication skills.
