Your new role

  • Supervise and support the sales operations team, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to set and achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide training and support to sales staff on systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Monitor and maintain CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role within the instrumentation industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
