Hiring a Business Transformation Architect, Secret Clearance required

Your new role

  • Analysis and development of business success "critical success factors"
  • Analysis and development of architecture requirements design, process development, process mapping, and training
  • Leading other functional staff to define business strategy and processes in support of transformation and change management activities
  • Participating in change impact analysis and change management activities
  • Participating in organizational realignment (job re-design, organizational restructuring)
  • Coordinating development of training and coordination with other stakeholders
  • Creating presentations and presenting to various stakeholders, and facilitating meetings and discussions
  • Providing recommendation and advisory services related to automating, innovating, and/or modernizing solutions or standards in the field of health
  • Designing and implementing digital health solutions or standards impacting organizations greater than 500,000 people

What you'll need to succeed

  • Canadian Federal Government Security Clearance – Secret
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the last 15 years, meeting at least 70% of the tasks listed above
  • A University Degree or College/CEGEP Diploma related to Business, Engineering, Information Technology from a recognized post-secondary institution (Foreign education must have an Equivalency Certificate)
  • Experience providing recommendations and advisory services on standards and/or technical solutions in the field of health
  • Experience designing and implementing digital health solutions or standards impacting organizations greater than 500,000 people
