Your new role
As a Production Support Specialist, you will leverage your expertise in IBM MDM, Unix, and SQL to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of applications. You will be responsible for performance tuning, troubleshooting, and debugging, with a focus on identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks. Your role will also involve working with databases such as DB2 and SQL, and utilizing your skills in HTML and Python when needed. Additionally, you will manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow, adhering to ITIL best practices.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven experience in IBM MDM and production support.
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience in Unix and SQL.
  • Proficiency in working with databases like DB2 and SQL.
  • Skills in HTML and Python are a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Ability to debug code and optimize application performance.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with ServiceNow.
  • ITIL Certification.
  • Banking experience is essential.
