Your new position
As a Regulatory Clerk, you will report to the Registrar and provide essential support to statutory committees, compliance matters, and act enforcement. Your responsibilities will include coordinating hearings, drafting decisions, and supporting various committees in fulfilling their statutory obligations.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Demonstrated ability to draft legal decisions and coordinate complex administrative processes.
- Experience in a legal or regulatory setting is an asset.
- Post-secondary education as a paralegal, law clerk, or related field is strongly preferred.
- Professional investigator training will be considered an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and dependability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
