In your new role you will be assisting the team to successfully develop and deliver all project requirements through Schematic Design, Design Development, Contract Documentation, Project Procurement and Construction Contract Administration and Closeout phases. You will be working under the direction of the Senior Architect and/or Design Manager, and supporting with drawings, schedules, reports in the documentation phases of the project from Schematic Design, Design Development, and Contract Documents.

The successful candidate will have experience in industrial, retail, and commercial projects and have 5-10 years’ experience as an Architect in Canada. You are driven, motivated and can work efficiently under tight deadlines. You are collaborative and are creative at problem solving and have critical thinking skills. You are well versed and communicator and are able to multi-task. You have good knowledge of BC building codes, and competence in building envelope detailing, strong proficiency in Revit 2D detailing and Revit Modeling. You will have a passion for architectural design and building construction detailing.
