Your new role

You will oversee paperwork, deadlines, and administrative tasks in real estate deals. You will streamline processes, manage timelines, and serve as a central point of information for agents and clients. You will allow sales agents to focus on client relationships and sales.


What you'll need to succeed

You are an experienced Transaction Coordinator. Ideally within a Real Estate Brokerage or Property Management company. You have great attention to detail. You are passionate about providing excellent customer service. Possess excellent organizational skills and communication skills.


What you'll get in return

You will receive an annual base salary of $50,000 - $55,000 + Bonus + Benefits + 2 Weeks' paid vacation + 6 personal days.
