Property Manager - Markham - $65,000

Your new company

You will be joining a national property management and facility services company. They focus on delivering an ideal brand experience for clients by managing properties to the highest standards and streamlining projects and maintenance.

Your new role

The Property Manager will be required to assign work requests and coordinate on-demand repair services, scheduled maintenance, emergency requests, and projects of all buildings and properties.

What you'll need to succeed

Possessing excellent skills in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as proficiency in third-party software. Capable of working independently and collaboratively with the property management team, with strong organizational skills. Ideal candidate will have experience in Residential Rentals Property Management and Building Maintenance. Experience with foreclosure properties is an asset.

What you'll get in return

You will receive a base salary of $60,000 - $65,000 + Benefits + 3 Weeks' Vacation.
