Hiring a Leasing & Marketing Administrator in Ottawa
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Leasing & Marketing Administrator to join our growing team in Ottawa. This role will provide essential support to our leasing and marketing departments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
Leasing Support:
- Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, including property brochures, presentations, and online listings.
- Conduct market research and gather data on comparable properties and market trends.
- Schedule and coordinate property tours and client meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, including tenant inquiries, lease agreements, and commissions.
- Assist with the preparation of lease proposals and amendments.
Marketing Support:
- Manage social media accounts and online advertising campaigns.
- Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to generate leads.
- Coordinate and participate in industry events and networking opportunities.
- Maintain the company website and ensure it is up-to-date and informative.
Administrative Support:
- Answer phone calls and emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required.
- Assist with general office administration tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience working with a real estate brokerage or property management company is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Experience with social media marketing and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
