Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated ICI or Civil-oriented Construction Project Manager to join their growing team. As the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction project management, from client relations and planning to quality control and contract administration.

You'll need to be a proactive problem-solver who can lead by example, educate, coach, develop and direct workers with specific, timely instructions and feedback. You'll also be responsible for ensuring that all work has been done according to the job specifications and any subsequent changes which have been approved.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a minimum of five years of work experience as a Project Manager in the ICI sector, ideally with Condominium experience, with projects ranging from 300K - $30 million, as well as demonstrable in-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OHSA regulations.

You should also have previous experience in Civil projects as a Project Manager, projects between $5M-$10M, waste water treatment, pump stations, small dams or similar.

You'll also need strong interpersonal and technical skills with a focus on teamwork, a driver’s license with a clean abstract, and a clear criminal record.
