Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join a large reputable general contractor in Calgary. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing ICI (Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional) interior projects. This role offers a competitive base salary of $130,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of ICI interior projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically with ICI interior projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
