Your new role

The Project Director is a key member of the senior management team. This includes contributing to and agreeing the regional business strategy. Directly and through their team of project managers, the Project Director is responsible for the execution of this general contractors' services for their assigned projects. The Project Director builds the business through their support of Business Development. They develop, lead, coach and mentor multiple project teams. The Project Director is responsible for the overall coordination and performance of the team in achieving the project construction performance objectives.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate is a senior level construction professional with 15+ years of project management experience, relevant technical education (Engineering, Construction Management) and considerable experience leading and mentoring a team of project managers. We are looking for a dynamic leader that others are keen to follow. You will join a nimble and conscientious management team with a track record of successfully completing projects of which they can be proud.

What you'll get in return

You will be well compensated for your hard work and will receive an attractive base salary of $175-195K (commensurate with experience level).
