In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that robust project control routines, systems, and processes are meticulously implemented to monitor the project's status and ensure compliance with the governance model. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain comprehensive project control systems that meticulously track the project's status in terms of costs and schedule.

You will play a crucial role in monitoring and analyzing all project costs, categorized by discipline, work breakdown structure, and work packages, ensuring that trends are identified and addressed promptly. Leading a dedicated team of direct reports, you will oversee cost control, planning, and scheduling functions, ensuring that all aspects of the project are meticulously managed.

Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the senior project director to establish project budgets, develop detailed work plans, and create precise schedules. Your expertise will be instrumental in implementing other cost control measures as needed, ensuring that all data is communicated accurately and in a timely manner. Your role will be essential in driving the project's success and ensuring that all objectives are met with precision and efficiency.
