Your new role

  • Lead a Team:
    • Manage and mentor a team of six HR Business Partners, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Strategic HR Partner:
    • Act as the HR Business Partner for a designated region, providing guidance and support on employee relations and strategic workforce planning.
  • Service Delivery:
    • Design and implement HR service delivery strategies that align with operational needs, ensuring effective and integrated HR services.
  • Complex Problem-Solving:
    • Identify and resolve complex operational issues, including workplace investigations and absence management.
  • Employee Support:
    • Oversee onboarding, conduct exit interviews, and manage wellness programs to enhance employee experience.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bilingual: Fluency in both English and French is a must.
  • Experience: Generalist HR experience
  • Education: A university degree in HR management or a related field, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
    • Certification as a Human Resources Professional is preferred.
