Our client, a local private developer and real estate management firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager for full-time exciting start-to-finish multi-residential projects in Prince Edward County, ON.

Your new role

The Multi-residential Project Manager is responsible for the full project lifecycle of construction projects, from pre-development planning to post-construction activities, including budget, timeline, team management, and stakeholder communication.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (PEng an asset, PMP highly desirable).
• 5-7+ years in construction as a Project Manager on similar Apartment/Condominium projects.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, construction methods, and sequences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project).
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in contract administration, budgeting, estimating, and stakeholder management.

What you'll get in return

• Compensation is negotiable between $120,000 - $132,000 per annum.
