Maintenance Supervisor up to $90,000 + 10% Bonus

Your new company

You will be joining a prominent real estate investment and property management firm headquartered in Canada. They have developed, acquired, and managed over 14 million square feet of projects, including office buildings, retail spaces, residential properties, and mixed-use developments. They are known for their commitment to advanced building design, engineering excellence, and architectural achievement.


Your new role

You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the property. Responsibilities include managing maintenance staff and 3rd party contractors, scheduling repairs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and addressing tenant requests. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the property’s functionality and tenant satisfaction.


What you'll need to succeed

At least two years of experience in property maintenance management looking after residential rentals or hotels. Strong knowledge in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and appliances is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer skills for managing work orders and building operations. The role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, the ability to train and lead others.
