Tier 3 Operators must be able to perform all Operator 1 and 2 responsibilities stated in ISO # P2008 and #P2009. A Team Lead must complete and sign Operator 1 and 2 evaluation documentation before an employee can be classified as Operator 3. The decision to promote a machine operator will be made by Management and will be based on recommendations made by the team Lead.

What you'll need to succeed

• Must be able to perform level 2 tasks
• Minimum of 12 months at level 2 position or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of NDC and IBC systems
• Knowledge of Epic and Process Control operating systems
