Your new role

• Manage a high volume of client intake
• Provide administrative support to lawyers and legal staff
• Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible
• Coordinate meetings, appointments and court dates
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to assist in case preparation
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal proceedings
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum of two years of experience as a Legal Assistant in a personal injury practice
