We are currently seeking a Corporate Legal Assistant for a prestigious law firm in Montreal.

Job Description
The Junior Corporate Legal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to our corporate legal team and will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:

  • Assisting with the preparation of legal documents and contracts
  • Conducting legal research and preparing reports
  • Managing and organizing files and documents
  • Coordinating meetings and managing calendars
  • Liaising with clients and other legal professionals
Qualifications
  • A diploma or certificate in Legal Administration or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in a corporate legal environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software
