Your new role

• Market and lease commercial properties (office, retail, and industrial spaces) across Quebec and Western Canada.
• Actively seek out new tenants, building relationships with prospective clients.
• Conduct property showings, negotiate lease terms, and prepare leasing proposals.
• Collaborate with the leasing team to execute leasing strategies and meet occupancy targets.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and potential tenants
• Act as a point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving leasing-related issues.
• Ensure tenant satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional customer service.

• Stay informed of local commercial real estate market trends, competitive pricing, and market conditions.
• Provide regular updates and reports on leasing activity, market analysis, and leasing performance.
• Contribute insights to help develop effective leasing strategies and marketing initiatives.

• Negotiate lease agreements, ensuring favourable terms for both the company and tenants.
• Prepare, review, and execute leasing documentation, including leases, amendments, and renewals.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing (experience in both Quebec and Western Canada is preferred).
• Knowledge of Quebec's and Western Canada’s commercial real estate market, including regional economic factors and property types.
• Proven track record of success in leasing and business development.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (bilingualism in French and English is a significant asset).
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties and tenants.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and leasing software (experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar software is a plus).
• Bilingual in French and English.
