Your new role

• Greet and assist prospective tenants in a friendly and professional manner.
• Conduct property tours and highlight the features and benefits of the properties.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Process rental applications and conduct background checks.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities.
• Follow up with prospective tenants and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants.
• Ensure properties are well-maintained and presentable.
• Address tenant concerns and coordinate maintenance requests.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous property management industry experience with general knowledge of residential leasing.
• Lease up experience
• Strong administrative and customer service skills.
• You will have great communication skills.
• Quick learner, dealing with inquiries from tenants and visitors.
• Knowledge of SAP and/or Yardi software is an asset.
