Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading a team of data scientists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Conceiving, planning, and prioritizing data projects to align with organizational goals.
  • Developing and implementing analytical systems and predictive models to extract insights from data.
  • Ensuring the quality and integrity of data collected and used in projects.
  • Interpreting and analyzing complex data problems to inform business decisions.
  • Visualizing data and creating comprehensive reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Experimenting with new models and techniques to improve data-driven products
Working closely with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
Work Experience:
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering, or other relevant professional designation.
  • At least 5 years of experience in data science or a related field.
  • Strong background in machine learning, statistical analysis, and data management.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and tools like SQL and NoSQL databases
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL is essential for data manipulation, analysis, and building models.
  • Strong understanding of statistics and probability to develop and validate models
  • Expertise in machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning
  • Ability to clean, organize, and preprocess large datasets to make them suitable for analysis
  • Skills in tools like Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, or matplotlib to create clear and compelling visualizations of data insights
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for scalable data storage and processing
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and mentor a team of data scientists
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex data challenges
