• Serve as the central point of contact between CEL and the Jonas system during the implementation process.
• Oversee all project deliverables, working closely with implementation providers to ensure milestones are achieved on time.
• Transform raw data into actionable solutions, creating streamlined business processes.
• Actively manage change by developing and delivering system user guides and business process training materials for users across the organization.
• Drive stakeholder engagement by coordinating with branches, securing buy-in, and ensuring readiness for Go-Live date of June 1st.

• Superb people skills and organizational skills
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
