Intermediate Arch Tech with a notable architectural firm. Commercial/Industrial Projects - $75k-$85k

Your new company

Our client is a notable global architecture firm based in Toronto. Their portfolio spans diverse market sectors, including commercial, retail, residential, industrial, and large-scale mixed-use developments. They are currently looking for an experienced full-time Intermediate Architectural Technologist with at least 4 years of experience to join their team based in Toronto.

Your new role

Reporting to the Project Manager, or you will work alongside a large team and prepare project documentation in collaboration with others as required for design review, permit, tender, construction. You will coordinate municipal approvals and liaise with authorities and constructors as required.

What you'll need to succeed

As an Intermediate Architectural Technologist, you will need to have an educational background in architecture/architectural technology or similar, with 4+ years of relevant professional experience supporting complex project teams in a variety of project typologies. Proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD is a requirement. Solid technical knowledge of building construction and details, Building Code, and building science is important, as well as the ability to work within a team environment with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

What you'll get in return

The compensation package is commensurate with experience but includes a competitive salary, commensurate with experience between $75k-$85k + discretionary bonus, 3 weeks' of vacation, extended health and dental benefits, and a hybrid work schedule.
