Your new role

As a Site Superintendent, you will be the on-site expert, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of construction projects. Your focus will be on maintaining safety, quality, and schedule adherence, while managing daily site operations. You will directly supervise subcontractors, coordinate material deliveries, and ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and safety regulations.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5-10+ years of proven experience as a Site Superintendent on ICI construction projects, ideally including institutional, commercial and industrial
• Strong knowledge of the Ontario Building Code, OHSA regulations, and industry best practices
• Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate subcontractors effectively
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, safety reports, and progress documentation
• A commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work site
