Your new role
As the Sr. Construction Manager, you will be instrumental in the successful execution of multiple projects. You will direct a talented team, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within allocated funds, and to the highest quality benchmarks. Your duties will encompass overseeing contractual obligations, financial management, timeline development, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, among other responsibilities.

What you'll need to succeed
  • 5-10+ years of demonstrable experience in overseeing the complete lifecycle of local new construction projects from groundbreaking to handover, particularly in storage facilities, water treatment, public/secondary institutions, and comparable complex ICI developments
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar certifications
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, enabling effective team management and the cultivation of strong stakeholder relationships
  • Proficiency in contract administration, budgetary control, and project scheduling
  • Familiarity with construction management software (ProCore, BlueBeam etc.) and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • A proven track record of consistently delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance, quality control, and occupational health and safety standards
  • Ability to acquire government clearance
