As a Senior Construction Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the successful execution of various projects up to $70M. From groundbreaking new builds to complex renovations and strategic additions, you'll oversee all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to balance on-site presence with focused work from home, empowering you to manage your time effectively and maximize productivity.

What you'll need to succeed

• A proven track record of successfully managing ICI construction projects, with experience on projects up to $70M.
• A combination of both Site Superintendent & Project Manager experience
• Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• A solid understanding of construction contracts and legal requirements.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Projects, other).
• A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
• A passion for building and a commitment to excellence.
