Your new role
As a member of the Service & Maintenance team, you will be part of a team that offers expert service on several product lines and brands, including York, Carrier, Lennox, Engineered Air, Cambridge, Daikin/McQuay, AAON, MITS, LG, Dristeem, Condair, Dectron, Seresco, and more. Your responsibilities will include service, sales, installation, start-up, and commissioning of various systems such as VFDs, pumps, boilers, heat pumps, and CRU applications. You will play a crucial role in supporting the customers' HVAC systems, PMA, RTU replacements, and turnkey projects, delivering professional and honest services.

What you'll need to succeed

To excel in this role, you will need strong oral communication skills and the ability to work effectively in face-to-face interactions. Your technical expertise in HVAC systems and mechanical services, along with factory training on several brands, will be essential. Being proactive in preventive maintenance and having a keen eye for detail will help ensure the optimal performance of our customers' facilities. Membership in professional organizations such as MCAT, ASHRAE, MCAO, Comply Works, and Contractor Check will be advantageous.
