Our client leader in industrial sector is looking to on-board HR Coordinator on contract basis for 12 months working on-site in London location.

This position is a support role requiring more work direction whereby worker follows generally defined procedures. Position will support HR activities in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilites:

  • Schedule training programs, coordinate training materials and maintain training records for assigned division.
  • Collect and summarize training data for supervisors and management.
  • Prepare and analyze detailed HR reports/metrics.
  • Coordinate candidate in-person and phone interviews and other onsite meetings.
  • Active participation on project teams as assigned.
  • Support on-boarding; assist employees with troubleshooting.
  • Create internal job posting; support employees with PPE requests, and other Human Resources related tasks.

What you need to succeed:

  • HR diploma/certificate or equivalent
  • HS Degree + 3 years’ experience in HR/Training. Manufacturing background is helpful.
  • Attention to detail, interpersonal skills, communication skills, time managment, training and development.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
