1. New Business Development (5-10%):
   Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and increase revenue.
2. General Management (30%):
   Oversee daily operations, make strategic decisions, and ensure the smooth running of the business.
3. Estimation Oversight (10%):
   Supervise our young estimator with 6 years of experience and 6–12 months of Accubid experience. Provide guidance and support as needed.
4. Client Meetings:
   Participate in design/build meetings with clients. Joint meetings with clients are a significant part of this role.
5. Health & Safety:
   Ensure all company operations adhere to health and safety regulations.
6. Pricing/Procurement:
   Oversee pricing strategies and procurement processes.
7. Consultant Liaison:
   Work with consultants, and all external partners.

1. Proven experience in a general management role within the electrical contracting industry.
2. Strong business development skills, with a track record of securing new business.
3. Experience of overseeing estimations and working with estimation software such as Accubid.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and consultants.
5. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within the industry.
6. Experience in pricing and procurement.
7. Ability to manage growth strategically and effectively.
