Our client, a leading global manufacturing and construction company, is looking to add an FP&A Analyst to their dynamic team.
Your new role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our client's team, working alongside a Senior FP&A Analyst to cover three business units. The successful candidate will assist with month-end reporting, business partnering with business leaders, organizing and delivering the fiscal budget, and providing accurate forecasting. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in financial planning and analysis. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, your responsibilities will include but aren't limited to:
- Assist in preparing and analyzing month-end financial reports for three business units.
- Support business leaders by providing financial insights and assisting in decision-making.
- Help organize and deliver the fiscal budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of accurate forecasting models to support business planning.
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial initiatives and projects.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Basic proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
