• Organize budget templates and assist various departments with budget submission
• Internal and operational reporting
• Assist in month end reporting procedures
• Perform bank reconciliations, and other reconciliations upon request
• Credit management activities
• Deposit activities, and process credit cards
• Enter and post cash receipts
• Perform collection activities on overdue accounts
• Enter A/P invoices, and reconcile supplier statements
• Prepare payment runs
• Assembly and submission of supplier rebates
• Assist with employee expense reimbursement
• Respond to all finance related customer/supplier, and employee inquiries
• New customer/ vendor set up
• Generating statements and invoices
• Prepare ad hoc reporting, and other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma with a specialization in accounting, finance, or business administration
• 3+ years experience with finance and accounting
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Very good time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Experience with SAGE or similar ERP system an asset
