Our client, a large and well established organization, are looking to hire a Finance Manager at their office in Bolton, ON.

The Finance Manager will manage a team of five+ direct reports and will be responsible for a wide range of duties. The Finance Manager will primarily be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations including project billings, job set up, month-end review and variance analysis. In addition, the Finance Manager will be responsible for carrying out financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting. In addition, the Finance manager will oversee the collections process, monitor the DSO as well as support on process improvements.

The suitable candidate is required to hold a post-secondary degree in an Accounting or similar field as well as ideally being a CPA Holder. The Finance Manager will need to have a minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience as well as exposure to the construction sector. The Finance Manager must have proven people leadership skills and working knowledge with an ERP system.
